Lu connects the body’s role for healing, coming back to your body and learn to regulate, re-embody and integrate body-mind practices that are at the core of Blue Movement.

As a bodyworker, yoga teacher, dancer, trauma sensitive yoga facilitator & personal trainer, Lu empowers their own personal growth and freedom in their own recovery whilst experiencing their own journey as a gender non-conforming queer person and a part of the LGBTQI Community.

Lu brings self-compassion, kindness, playfulness, resilience, and tonnes of explorative creativity.

 

Lu has been driven to go deeper into exploring yoga therapeutically, as an adjunct to conventional mind based therapies, for developing intra-relational skills, boosting confidence, self efficacy and resilience.

 

Their approach is a fusion of somatic 'felt sense' experiencing through movement, yoga, mindfulness and breathwork for those who experience to build on skills for personal development and development.

Blue Movement is a tailored approach specific to movement and mindset, actively re-embodying oneself, learning to make better choices. 

 

Lu offers online yoga classes, courses, and events, sharing safe space to discuss, learn, create and relate.
