Lu has been driven to go deeper into exploring yoga therapeutically, as an adjunct to conventional mind based therapies, for developing intra-relational skills, boosting confidence, self efficacy and resilience.
Their approach is a fusion of somatic 'felt sense' experiencing through movement, yoga, mindfulness and breathwork for those who experience to build on skills for personal development and development.
